So many of us live our lives moving from one moment, one event, one task to the next, with little to no time for self-care, self-reflection, and to engage with the people and activities that fill us with joy.  Through this coaching program I will support you in creating and maintaining a balanced lifestyle based on the priorities you value most.

You can expect to learn:

  • How to identify your stress triggers

  • How to decrease stress by creating a vision statement for your life and learning to prioritize

  • How to manage stress through deep breathing, meditation, aromatherapy, and the Emotional Freedom Technique

4 sessions over 1 - 2 months.  $300.  A deposit of $75 is required.  After payment you will receive an email to book your first session.
